Upon successful completion of this project, we will have increased our capacity for chronic care management programming, group therapy, and support groups. Our new facility will allow us to bolster our existing programming and tie it to relevant real-world skills for our patients and community to utilize in their day-to-day lives. It will also allow us to better serve our patients who are struggling with mental health and substance use disorders by creating space for group therapy and support groups that will supplement their care plan. The multi-use community room can be turned into an emergency area for screenings and immunizations if there is another public health emergency
