Achieving the Gold Standard: The 2025 Operational Site Visit Badge

Every few years, health centers undergo a rigorous “Operational Site Visit” (OSV) by HRSA to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of clinical, financial, and administrative performance. Following our recent assessment, Shalom Health Care Center was found to be in 100% full compliance with all federal requirements.

In a letter to our leadership, James Macrae, Associate Administrator of the Bureau of Primary Health Care, commended our team for this rare achievement:
