Achieving the Gold Standard: The 2025 Operational Site Visit Badge
Every few years, health centers undergo a rigorous “Operational Site Visit” (OSV) by HRSA to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of clinical, financial, and administrative performance. Following our recent assessment, Shalom Health Care Center was found to be in 100% full compliance with all federal requirements.

In addition to our operational excellence, Shalom Health Care Center was recognized for using modern technology to improve patient outcomes.
